To guarantee easy, direct flights, it’s best to fly into Edmonton, Alberta. Airlines Canadian North, Air Canada, Westjet and First Air have several daily flights from Edmonton to Yellowknife.
Once you have booked a flight with either airline, we recommend staying at the Nisku Inn (780) 955-7744 hotel in the Edmonton area should you require overnight accommodations. Frontier Fishing Lodge guests are offered special rates at this hotel, so be sure to tell them you are fishing with us.
If planning to stay in Yellowknife, we recommend the Yellowknife Inn (867) 873-2601, Explorer Hotel (867) 873-3531, or the Chateau Nova (867) 873-9700 during your travels. Frontier Fishing Lodge guests have special rates at all of these hotels, so make sure to tell them you are fishing with us.
How will I get to the Frontier Fishing Lodge?
Yes, 50 lbs. per person. However, you are also allowed a rod case (which is not included in the 50 lbs.)

Yes, the cost for a non-resident is approximately $43.00 CDN per person. For kids under 16 years old there is no fee.
We do recommend bringing your own quality equipment. However we do have loaner rods & reels that you can use at no charge. We also have a great selection of lures available in our general store.
