An account will be open for you during your stay with us for incidental purchases and settled by credit card prior to your departure or post-departure with a quick signature from you before you leave. Tips for staff are always appreciated and can be given to them directly in cash or applied to your account. Just let us know if there are specific staff you wish to acknowledge or if you would like us to distribute the gratuity equally amongst the whole team. Please note that we do suggest clients provide tips directly to their fishing and/or other excursion guide on the last day of your trip

We accept US and Canadian dollar direct deposits, cheques, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX (CDN$).

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be made any time prior to arrival subject to availability.

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit per guest is required to hold your reservation.

The balance is due no later than April 30th and is refundable up until 1 calendar month prior to your arrival date.

We understand things come up, and we care about the health and well-being of our clients. On our end we will continue to be as accommodating as possible. If for any reason you cannot make the trip after that point, balance funds may be applied to a later date or the following season at the discretion of the General Manager, and based on availability.
