Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Flyouts (extra planes to take you to other fishing locations) are not required.

Reservations can be made any time prior to arrival subject to availability. A $1,000 deposit is required to hold your reservation and is fully refundable up to April 1st, upon which it will be applied to your booking and is non-refundable. The balance is due no later than April 30th and is refundable up until 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. If for any reason you cannot make the trip after that point, balance funds can be applied to a later date or the following season, based on availability and the discretion of the General Manager.

An account will be open for you during your stay with us for incidental purchases and settled by credit card prior to your departure or post-departure with a quick signature from you before you leave. Tips for staff are always appreciated and can be given to them directly in cash or applied to your account. Just let us know if there are specific staff you wish to acknowledge or if you would like us to distribute the gratuity equally amongst the whole team. Please note that we do suggest clients provide tips directly to their fishing and/or other excursion guide on the last day of your trip.

We accept US and Canadian dollar direct deposits, cheques, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX (CDN$).
